In very good condition, 2 of the prongs on the star sapphires have been worn down from age. The beautiful star sapphires measure 5mmin diameter. The clean white natural sparkling diamonds each measure 1.5mm in diameter (.015 carat each). Silver topped on the gold at the diamond setting. Ring is unmarked, but tested as solid 14K gold. Inside the shank appears to be engraved the name Anna in script. Ring weighs 2.54 grams.
